The finca was completely renovated in 2022 and consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two of them en suite). The living areas (bedroom, dining room, kitchen) have air conditioning. In addition, the entire finca is equipped with underfloor heating.
The finca is partly self-sufficient. It has its own photovoltaic system as well as its own solar system for the hot water supply. A private well with drinking water quality completes the offer of the finca.
The upper area is equipped with 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one en suite). The beds are very comfortable. A large modern-rustic dining area with open country kitchen dominate the upper floor. In the dining room area there is also a large designer armchair that invites you to relax and a typical Mallorcan fireplace. In addition, there is a small office with a very beautiful teak desk. A small laundry room – equipped with a Miele washing machine – is also located upstairs as well as the garage.
Downstairs there is another bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a spacious living room with 55 inch TV and oversized couch, a fancy carved Indian bar with extra fridge, and a large covered terrace.
An open terrace with more than 200 m², 8 sunbeds, a comfortable daybed as well as a swimming pool with pool heating invite you to relax and unwind. The view from the terrace to the monastery San Salvator is incredibly fascinating and invites you to visit this sight. The finca is surrounded by numerous paths for leisurely walks. The sensational sunset is the perfect end to the day.
