Failure to comply with any of the house rules (house rules) will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and loss of the total amount of the rental.
The finca can only be booked by the week (usually from Sunday to Sunday). Should you require a different arrival or departure day, please contact us.
The tourism tax (Ecotasa) will be collected in cash by the property manager upon arrival. You will receive the bill when the number of guests is announced.
Electricity: The electricity costs are at the expense of the guest and the consumed kWh will be deducted from the deposit by the electricity company Endesa at the current daily price of currently EUR 0.80 per kWh. Due to the in-house photovoltaic system, these will not be too high, provided you are conscious with the use of the air conditioning and do not leave it running when you are absent and/or windows/doors are open.
Intermediate cleaning: If an intermediate cleaning of the finca is desired during a longer stay, this can be arranged with the property manager and will be settled directly with him. The costs for an intermediate cleaning are € 450,– per week.
